When I first walked in the door there was a warm feeling, I felt very comfortable. I came into Pauline’s Bridal Boutique with little or no information. I didn’t have the style number, the name of the designer, nor did I know the color of the gown we were to wear. The staff took the time to research everything, and I found them to be very personable and knowledgeable. They were most helpful, they took time out to answer all my questions. After giving just a brief description of the dress, the manager was able to go to the rack and find the gown I needed. I would definitely recommend "everyone" to visit Pauline’s. I will come back to find my "little black dress."
